Halo

Privacy Policy

Effective date: To be completed before production launch.

Halo collects account details, profile details, church selection, uploaded photos, swipes, matches, in-app messages, subscription status, reports, blocks, and church-date requests to operate a Christian dating service for adults aged 18 and older.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to create accounts, recommend matches, enforce in-app communication rules, moderate photos and reports, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and enforce the church-only first-date rule.

Communication Safety

Halo blocks phone numbers, email addresses, and external messaging requests so communication remains inside the app.

Photo Moderation

Uploaded photos are queued for review before public display. Explicit, nude, sexually suggestive, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content is prohibited.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their account inside Settings. Deletion removes the active profile, photos, messages, and date requests from Halo's active backend. Subscription cancellation must be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the subscription was purchased.

Service Providers

Production services may include app hosting, database hosting, content moderation, app-store payment processing, analytics, notifications, and customer support providers. The final provider list must be completed before launch.

Contact

Support email: To be completed before launch.

Privacy contact: To be completed before launch.
